Cosmos is a staple here in boulder and its not for show. the food is amazing after a hard days work, the people and staff are incredible, and the feel and the convenience location wise is unbeatable. as a current student of CU, this is always the greatest fallback for food to go and eat with your friends
People, people, if you are not from NYC or Connecticut, please stop commenting negatively about Cosmo's pizza...Cosmo's Pizza is as close to Brooklyn or NYC Pizzeria's you will get... Get the mushroom slice or plain slice, it's perfect.. A word of advice, order and eat there, the crust, it will be crispy, fluffy and light. If you take any pizza home in a box, you will have a soggy pizza. Lastly, make sure to bring your own Mountain Dew or fruit punch...
A lot of Boulder entitled whiners on here. Great place with a fair price. The pizza is hand tossed and tasty, toppings are liberal, and that dipping sauce is fantastic. I've always had excellent service.

We stopped at Cosmos last time I was in town and we absolutely loved it. We made sure to go again this trip and oh boy did it live up to the memory. The staff was super awesome and fun. They all seemed to enjoy their jobs. This always makes the experience better. The pizza is just like the pizza you get in NYC. NYC has some of the best pizza in the country so that is one of the best things I can say. If you're looking for pizza by the slice in the Boulder area, you must stop at Cosmos.
